What can you do with Spinach?

We’ve had a great time this past week with Ms. Niederkircher, a student teacher from UBC completing her BSc/BEd Dual Program. She came with us on our nature walk this week to check out our school garden as well as take in nature to get some inspiration for our Spring fondant cakes. To end her time at our school, Ms. Niederkircher shared her favourite spinach recipes (one of the vegetables we are growing in our garden) with our Culinary Arts 8-12 class.
