Choux pastry – easy, right? See how our Food Art 11 students made out with making this beautiful pastry for the first time! I am often surprised by students’ ability to read and follow directions without pre-exposure to whatever it is that we are expecting students to be able to accomplish. Anyways – wow! We had some beautiful and “special designer” choux pastry products (the kind where beautiful mistakes are made by just a tad too much or too little of sugar, butter, or flour is added).
